Scottish Highlands and Islands Renewable Energy Awards 2022 shortlist revealed!
The shortlist for the Scottish Highlands and Islands Renewable Energy Awards has just been announced.
The shortlist is:
- Best Onshore Renewable Energy Project – Ignis Wick, Whyte and Mackay, Statkraft, Highland Council
- Best Community Energy Project – Soirbheas, H2 Green, Loch Ness Hub
- Most Promising Individual – Luke Johnson, Jillian Henderson, Mhari MacPhee
- Best Natural Capital Project – Cairngorms Connect, GMG Energy
- Best Supplier to Offshore Renewables – Leask Marine, Cromarty Firth Marine Services, Wick Harbour Authority, Northern Marine Services
The shortlist for Best Public Sector Collaboration and Best Supplier to Onshore Renewables will be announced on the night.
All the winners will be announced at the online ceremony on Thursday, June 23 which is hosted by broadcaster and Highland News and Media (HNM) columnist Nicky Marr. The awards begin at 6.30pm.
The annual Scottish Highlands and Islands Renewable Energy Awards celebrate the very best of the region's green energy sector.
