Highland Council has announced intake at two Inverness schools will be capped for the 2020-2021 school year.

The decision affecting Lochardil Primary and Culloden Academy is due to pressure on both schools’ accommodation the council has said.

The council also said the limiting of the rolls takes account of applications that have been received so far as well as the known demands within the catchment areas of the schools.
