He has been busy helping with dualling the A9, fleeing from the police officers in a kilt, trying a bottle of Buckfast, motorbiking, stopping by at Miele's Gelateria in Aviemore for a scoop, enjoying some wild water swimming and was even spotted on a visit to Queensferry by Traffic Scotland.
The snow monkey has also captured national and overseas media attention.
News of the monkey's great escape from the Highland Wildlife Park by Kincraig at the weekend has featured on the nationwide BBC news and has also made Sky News and ITN news as well as all the national newspaper titles.
He is still on the run four days after escaping through the electrified fence at the wildlife park. It is thought that he might have been spooked by a breeding season fight between more experienced males.
The monkey has been dubbed 'Kingussie Kong' and 'Steve Macaqueen' in some quarters.
Hopes are that the runaway will not find enough food to sustain him – especially with local villagers being asked to hide anything he might eat – and then just head back home, safely.
