A record number of coaches were recorded in Inverness.

Yesterday (May 17) marked the busiest day on record for coaches bringing tourists to Inverness.

Inverness BID welcomed in 63 coaches at the coach drop-off point on Ardross Street, which brought hundreds of people to the city centre.

43 of the coaches came from the two cruise liners that are docked in Invergordon.

It is expected that hundreds more will arrived today as the Norwegian Dawn docked at the port brings more coaches.
