Raigmore Hospital Ward 4C has reopened after a "very small" number of cases of Covid-19.

Visiting and admissions were suspended earlier this month due to coronavirus.

A spokesman for NHS Highland said it has reopened to new admissions.

He added: "The ward had been closed due to a very small number of Covid-19 cases earlier this month.

"Visiting remains restricted to essential only until Monday to allow us to safely reopen the ward."
