POLL RESULT: The majority of Highlanders prepared to take coronavirus vaccine when it is available to them

The majority of Highlanders are prepared to be vaccinated according to the latest poll.

Almost 1000 people responded to the survey which was organised by Highland News and Media which publishes the Inverness Courier.

They were asked "will you take the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available to you?"

Out of a total of 940 votes which were cast 70 per cent said yes with the remaining 30 per cent saying no.
