The majority of readers taking part in a poll do not agree that the recently-completed Inverness artwork, the Gathering Place, enhances its riverside surroundings.
Of those casting their vote in our poll, 65 per cent said it did not enhance the River Ness.
The artwork, which was unveiled last week, been designed as an amphitheatre with curved walls on either side of the river near Bught Park.
The project forms part of Highland Council's £758,350 River Connections Public Art Programme.
But it has divided public opinion and prompted heated debate.
