A bizarre row broke out when a Cromarty resident reportedly complained about cruise liners blasting their horns as they leave the Cromarty Firth.

The gripe has sparked a petition in favour of the tradition continuing. The Port of Cromarty Firth in Invergordon meanwhile is going to consult communities.
