Police issue warning after attempted break-in and theft at properties near Inverness and Nairn

Police Scotland are urging householders to be vigilant following an attempted break-in and a theft.

The first incident occurred at a home in Daviot with the second in Lethen, by Nairn.

Both incidents occurred during the day yesterday.

Anyone with information, especially regarding any suspicious vehicles which may have been in the area at the time, is asked to call police on 101 or to report details anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, quoting reference 2813/2401 of 03/08/20.
