Police have issued an appeal for information to trace a 26-year-old man.

Police officers have issued a public appeal to help trace a 26-year-old man reported missing in Inverness.

Thomas Marello was last seen in the Culloden area on September 1, say police who have released details and a photograph in an appeal for information on social media.

He is described as being 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes and currently walks with a limp.

When last seen, he was wearing grey jogging trousers, a green jacket and black trainers.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact Police on 101 quoting MPR6434020922.
