Police are appealing for help in tracing family of a man found dead in Drumnadrochit last month.

Henry Malceed Stewart was found dead in accommodation in the Loch Ness-side village on Monday, October 9.

There were no suspicious circumstances relating to his death.

The 67-year-old was originally from Belfast and had been staying and travelling between Inverness and Northern Ireland.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Officers have been unable to establish his next of kin since then and we would ask anyone who may be able to assist to get in touch.

"Anyone who may be able to help can call 101, quoting reference 0298 of 9 October, 2023."
