Police officers have issued an appeal for witnesses following a reported disturbance in a layby on the A9 near Inverness.

The incident happened in a layby on the southbound carriage at Kessock Bridge on Friday June 24 at 8.20am.

Officers in Dingwall are asking anyone with information or dash cam footage to contact the police on 101 quoting reference number CR/0028487/22. Alternatively, people can call Crimestoppers on 0800555111 where the information can be passed on anonymously.
