Police issue appeal for information after Quadzilla quad bike and LEM trials bike stolen from farm close to A96 near Nairn

Police officers have issued an appeal for information after a quad bike and trials bike were stolen from premises near Nairn.

The thefts, from a farm on the town's eastern outskirts close to the A96, happened between 4pm on Wednesday January 12 and 11am the following day.

A black Quadzilla quad bike and a blue, red and white LEM off-road motorbike were taken.

Inquiries are ongoing and officers are asking anyone with any information to get in contact.

Detective Sergeant Joe Newson said: "I am appealing to anyone who has seen the items in the photographs or who has any information which may assist in our enquiries to get in touch.

"I would appeal to anyone who was in the area and may have any dashcam footage that could assist to contact us.

"We would also be keen to hear from anyone who witnessed any unusual activity or vehicles in the area where the A96 meets the B9111 (Auldearn junction)."
