Police Scotland appeal for information after thrown object damages car being driven in Inverness city centre

Police are appealing for information after a car was struck by an object and damaged while being driven in Inverness city centre.

The act of vandalism occurred on Queensgate and Academy Street at about 6pm on Saturday, December 16.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “We are appealing for information following vandalism on Queensgate and Academy Street, Inverness.

“At about 6 pm on Saturday, 16th December, a male suspect threw an item at a car, which caused damage.

“If you have any information, please contact us on 101 or via the Police Scotland website.”
