Police Scotland officers in the Highlands appeal for help tracing missing Dores man who disappeared in Inverness

POLICE have appealed for help tracing a Dores man who was last seen in Inverness.

The last reported sighting of Robert Stewart (53) was outside the Johnny Foxes pub in Bank Street, Inverness, at around 9pm on Sunday.

Mr Stewart is 5ft 8in, of medium build, with receding grey/white hair, and greyish beard. He was wearing beige cargo trousers, a dark coloured North Ridge jacket, red/white lumberjack type fleece, black "Famous Grouse" beanie hat and brown walking boots. He was also carrying a large rucksack type bag.

If anyone has any information regarding Mr Stewart's whereabouts, they should call the police 101 on quoting incident 0825 of October 26.
