Police appeal over missing Thurso man last seen in Inverness Railway Station

Gary Strachan (54) was last seen arriving at the railway station on Thursday, August 23.

“Gary uses a red and white Pinarello Prince bicycle and also travels by rail,” said a police spokesman.

“He is described as being about 5ft 8in tall, of average build with a fair complexion, blue eyes and when last seen was clean shaven.

“When last seen was wearing a black t-shirt bearing the words Ben Nevis.

“He habitually wears a t-shirt, jeans, waterproof jacket and hiking boots. He occasionally wears glasses.

“Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference NJ2337/18.”
