Police appeal for witnesses after vandalism in Nairn

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a vandalism to a fence in Nairn.

The slatted fence at a private house was damaged between 2pm on Tuesday October 27 and 11am the following morning.

A police spokesman said: "Police Scotland officers in Nairn appeal for information regarding vandalism to a slatted fence situated alongside the footpath running between Lochloy Road and Maggot Road, Nairn.

"The damage to a home owner's fence occurred sometime between 2 p.m. on Tuesday October 27 and 11 a.m. on Wednesday October 28.

"Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 1401 of 28/10/20."
