Police are appealing for more information after a takeaway premises in Inverness was broken into.

Officers are appealing for information following a break-in to a takeaway premises in Culloden.

The break-in happened between 12.45am and 1.15am on Sunday, 7 April, on Keppoch Road.

An electrical device and cash were stolen from the premises.

The suspect is described as being a man, of medium build, around 5ft 8in tall wearing dark clothing, a dark backpack, and carrying a plastic bag.

Detective Constable Gary Hines said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this to come forward.

“Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident 1112 of 7 April or alternatively Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where you can remain anonymous.”
