Police are appealing for information following a serious crash on the A82 Loch Ness-side road between Invermoriston and Drumnadrochit.

The incident, involving a grey Audi A4 and a blue Nissan Qashqai, happened around 4.30pm on Monday, April 17, 2023.

Emergency services attended and five people, the driver of one car and the four occupants of the second vehicle, were taken to Raigmore Hospital for treatment.

The road was closed for around two hours to allow officers to carry out investigations.

Sergeant Douglas Scott, from the Dingwall Road Policing Unit, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who saw the crash and who has not already spoken to officers to get in touch.

“I would also ask anyone with dash-cam footage who was in the area around the time to contact us as it may assist our enquiries.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting incident 2485 of 17 April, 2023.
