You can be the difference that helps us win a national award for our viral front page, produced after the Scottish Government admitted it would fail to meet its promise to dual the A9 from Inverness to Perth by 2025.

Industry website Hold The Front Page is holding its annual poll for the public to decide its front page of the year.

The page showcased a gravestone marking the death of the SNP’s A9 dualling promise by 2025.

The Inverness Courier's entry has been shortlisted alongside publications from across the UK – and your vote can help us come out on top.

It is free to vote so all you have to do is find us in the list and submit it.

Voting closes today, with the winner announced tomorrow. Please vote for us now.
