Pie and Pint event to mark World Cup final

Nairn County FC are staging a Pie and a Pint event at the Royal British Legion in Nairn on the day of the World Cup final.

Defending world champions France face Argentina in the final in Qatar this Sunday (kick-off 3pm).

The Legion plays hosts players and officials after matches at Station Park and has been the venue for fundraisers over many years.

The event begins at 1pm on Sunday, and for £10 people get a pie and a pint and an update on the team and Q&A session with manager Steven Mackay.
