PICTURES: Youngsters have fun in the snow in Inverness

Youngsters – and some a little older – have been enjoying wintry conditions in Inverness today.

Parks in Inshes, Cradlehall and elsewhere have been popular for sledging, snowboarding and other snow fun.

The conditions may have proved challenging on the pavements and roads for some people and some events and sports gathering have been cancelled today due to the weather.

The Met Office is forecasting some snow for Inverness this evening but it is unlikely there will be more in the next few days.
