An array of supercars were turning heads in Inverness this morning.

The drivers were staying overnight at the Ness Walk Hotel and the vehicles were led out by a Corvette C8 car.

The trip was organised by Cannonball Ireland and a spokesman said they had a lovely stay in the Ness Walk Hotel in the Highland capital and added: "We are driving the world famous North Coast 500 this morning."

They were planning to stop for lunch at Royal Golf Dornach before returning to the city at around 5pm this evening for their second night in Inverness.
