Santa and his elves were on the hoof without Rudolph as UHI held their first Jingle Jog since the pandemic began.

More than 50 joggers in festive outfits joined the 2k fun run at Inverness Campus, including runners from UHI campus neighbours, after a three-year absence.

The winner was Adam Giangreco, UHI’s director of health and life science innovation, with Andy Hall of 4C Engineering finishing second.

Connor Stewart, a marketing modern apprentice, came third and was the first runner from UHI Inverness to cross the finishing line.

Proceeds from UHI's festive charity events are being donated to Mikeysline.
