Over 1000 cars were on display today at the Inverness Performance Car Show.

A variety of performance, modified, street, classic, retro and race cars featured as thousands of motor enthusiasts made their way to the shores of Dores to immerse themselves in the day from 10am to 4pm.

Live stunt shows took place throughout the day to entertain, complementing a variety of amusements for the kids.

The show’s large trade area proved popular with wares being sold such as from kids toys, performance car parts, stickers and sweet, along with a food village.

The Inverness Courier were among the visitors today to capture some of the action.
