Dozens of festive vendors were well received this past weekend as Exclusively Highlands returned to Eden Court Theatre and Cinema as hosts of this year’s Christmas Craft + Food Fair.

Market goers turned out in great numbers for the free event to explore gift ideas ahead of Christmas, and to pick from the many goodies on offer from around 80 different exhibitors. Of those selling their wares, some were returning and some were new to the three day event.

Exhibitors included homeware ranges such as wood and metal work, art prints, cushions, throws, ceramics and tweed. Ranges of jewellery designs were on offer too using silver, copper and more.

A wide range of food producers were also on hand bringing tempting treats such as fudge, tablet and home baking.

Kirsty Stewart, social media manager for Exclusively Highlands, said: “Exclusively Highlands were delighted to be back at Eden Court again in 2023, for the first of their two 80 exhibitor strong Christmas markets. Inverness is always such a supportive base for us and where we started all those years ago.

“This is our second year back in Inverness city centre after Covid put a stop to the market in 2020 and 2021. Since our return we are so happy to have welcomed so many brand new exhibitors as well as customers who enjoyed our new Wildwoodz venue across the Kessock Bridge. Our December Eden Court Christmas Market will be the final event in our 2023 calendar and brings another mix of new and returning exhibitors for the Highlands to enjoy.”
