Children’s charity the MFR Cash for Kids appeal is more than £10,000 better off thanks to the generosity of the annual Highland Construction and Property Dinner (HCPD).
The sell-out event returned to its regular home at the Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness, bringing together some 270 property and construction professionals.
They had come from across the region for a chance to wine, dine, bid for items in the charity auction and be entertained by host Liam Christie and guest speaker Willie Young, a former international football referee.
The evening included the presentation of the industry excellence award to Raymond More, business development director for Robertson Northern in recognition not only of his contribution to the sector, but also his involvement in charity events.
These include the HCPD, which has now raised more than £80,000 for good causes over its eight-year history.
