Hosted by charity Crown Connects at Inverness Creative Academy, attendees got to sample various workshops on food growing and e-bikes, as well as use an interactive map to show their thoughts on the area.

Pupils from Crown Primary also showcased their photographs of the district in a giant collage.

“Our creative ‘messy map’ invited lots of interesting suggestions and comments whilst the children made a beeline for the nature collage. We will be looking at all of the ‘community maps’ created on the day over the coming weeks to look for emerging themes/suggestions and think about which ideas we can take forward as a small community group.

“Overall, we were delighted with how well the event went and it was lovely to be able to share ideas!”
