Activities and partners will change week to week but the aim is to offer a warm welcome and an informal atmosphere.

The official launch event included meditation sessions, led by the Highland Mindfulness Group, a presentation by the mental health charity, Mikeyesline, and the chance to chat and enjoy a coffee.

It has taken place during Mental Health Awareness Week.
