THE return of a Black Isle pumpkin parade proved to be a super success at the weekend.

There were more than 90 entries following the invitation issued by the popular Rosemarkie Amenities Beach Café.

The event traditionally unleashes a torrent of creativity among participants with some weird and wonderful efforts and this year was no exception.

There were six categories: most creative; most spooky; traditional neeps; unusual vegetable; special award and overall champion.
