Organisers of the Belladrum festival near Inverness took over Eden Court’s Under Canvas.

Hundreds of people enjoyed music, fun, activities and good weather on Saturday.

The event was designed to give a flavour of what people can expect at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival later this month.

Activities included music, dancing, games, story-telling, a magician and even bingo.

Belladrum promoter Dougie Brown said: “Saturday was a really incredible day and we are delighted with how everything went. It felt like a perfect mini Belladrum with something for all ages, both the Under Canvas tent and the lawn were packed out with families from the second we opened until the closing song of the night.

“Hopefully everyone is properly warmed up now for the return of Bella in under three weeks’ time.”
