PICTURES: Afternoon tea for brides-to-be come at Drumossie Hotel in Inverness

The Drumossie Hotel in Inverness was transformed into a haven for brides-to-be on Sunday October 1, for a captivating and glamorous Afternoon Tea event.

From 12.30pm to 3pm, the hotel was abuzz with excitement as two spectacular fashion shows unfolded, showcasing the latest in bridal couture and more.

The day’s crowning glory was undoubtedly its two fashion shows, held at 1.30pm and 2.30pm, when attendees were treated to a feast of wedding fashion. Behind the scenes, a group of esteemed suppliers worked tirelessly to make the magic happen.

Ivy Bridal, local to Inverness, presented a stunning array of bridal and bridesmaid dresses, in all of their elegance.

Aileen from Ivy Bridal Inverness said: “Thank you to all the brides-to-be and their friends and families who came along and supported the event.

“A big shout out goes to these amazing models for all your hard work yesterday, you were all fabulous – Paula, Eleanor, Keri, Stacey, Mhairi, Caitlin and Emma – we literally couldn’t have done it without you all.”

Sharing the task on the day was the award-winning With This Dress from Lossiemouth, supplying bridalwear and models for the fashion show.

Julie from With This Dress added: “Hearing the chatter on Sunday and looking through the photos, all the madness behind the scenes was absolutely worth it.

“I think we pulled off an incredible show. We’re even tempted to do another!”

A selection of groomswear was also on show from Ben Wyvis Kilts.

La-di-da Fashion rounded out the offerings with a collection of mother-of-the-bride and groom outfits that epitomized timeless style.

The beauty aspect was handled with finesse by Sara Campbell Therapies and Blush Bridal Boutique, leaving brides-to-be looking flawless and radiant.

Bridal Hair by Natasha Griffin and Jade from Timeless Spa & Beauty worked their hairstyling magic, creating enchanting bridal pieces that perfectly complemented attire.

KBE Events brought the event to life with their expert sound and lighting services, ensuring that the ambiance matched the glamour of the occasion.
