PHOTOS: Beauly Primary school pupils spread festive cheer throughout the village

Beauly Primary School pupils have been spreading festive cheer and joy throughout Beauly this week, by hand–delivering hampers to locals in Beauly, in the days running up to Christmas.

Families of the school pupils helped nominated folk in the community who they thought deserved and would appreciate a Christmas hamper, hand–delivered by the pupils.

Tracey Fraser Lee, headteacher of Beauly Primary School said:"We’ve had a lovely time over the last couple of days delivering hampers to people in our community. Lovely to be able to put smiles on people’s faces. Great job by all the helpers!

“At this time of year spreading festive cheer through our local community is very important to us as a school. We asked our families to nominate local people to receive our Christmas hampers. They were then hand delivered to doorsteps by some of our pupils who were delighted to sprinkle a little Christmas happiness through our village.”
