Inverness-based Orion Group puts HR expert in top role

INTERNATIONAL recruitment organisation the Orion Group has not had to look far for its latest senior appointment, with Ross MacRae’s promotion to the position of group deputy managing director.

Mr MacRae is in his ninth year with the business and will retain his role as HR director.

Group managing director Paul Savage said: “It is important that our growth and diversification is maintained with appropriate levels of governance and oversight.

“With nearly 30 years of experience across HR and recruitment operations, Ross provides excellent guidance, know-how and support across our business.”

Mr MacRae said: “Orion is a great organisation to work for with such a dedicated and loyal staff. I am very happy to continue my long association with the company and look forward to supporting the achievement of our business goals.”
