Team Love Cheer are on a high as they enjoy a brand new gym as well as two incredible achievements.

The new gym, located at 26A Harbour Road, has two studios, ample parking, a waiting area, a much larger space and the only fully sprung Marley dance and sprung cheer floor north of Glasgow.

They hosted an open day including tours, classes and games for people to sample the new spaced.

Kerri Love, head coach and owner of TLC, said: "We feel so lucky and unbelievably grateful to have this amazing space."

Current TLC members have also been celebrating success at a recent competition.

The Junior Lyrical TLC Queen have just won a bid to go to the Summit in Florida next April after qualifying at the Future Cheer Internationals in Bournemouth.

They join the Youth Hiphop Passion team who also qualified for the prestigious event back in May, the first ever bid achieved by TLC.

Ms Love said it was "a dream come true".

The Senior Lyrical team TLC Heartbreakers also won a Bid to compete at the World Championships, also in Florida in April.

The two teams were up against almost 9000 athletes all trying to get a spot at the two prestigious events.

This makes them the only team north of Glasgow to achieve world and summit bids in one season.

They are now working hard to fundraise to take the 45 dancers to Florida for the esteemed competitions.
