Nairn man before Inverness Sheriff Court facing six charges including alleged assaults

A 29-YEAR-OLD Nairn man appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court on a total of six charges.
Marcus Capp made no plea to threatening or abusive behaviour, possession of an offensive weapon, resisting arrest, police assault, assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
He was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.
