Mystery vandal spells out feelings towards Inverness potholes

Potholes around the city have often raised a swear word or two – and now someone has spelled out their feelings.

The expletive – **** off – has been spray painted beside a large pothole near Highland Wholefoods Workers Co-operative, off Harbour Road.

Other potholes have also been highlighted using orange paint.

Highland Council increased council tax by 4.84 per cent in February and planned to spend an extra £20 million on roads in 2020/21.
