"The team at the bakery works hard to deliver the very best cakes and I’m sure these will be enjoyed by many of our guests."

Launched in 2014, Bad Girl Bakery has quickly grown into an award-winning business which boasts a café and cake shop employing more than 12 local people. The Caledonian Sleeper contract has led to plans to open an additional premises, creating more jobs.

Jeni Hardie, who owns Bad Girl Bakery with her husband Douglas, said: "The success of the bakery has been amazing to date and with the new contract with Caledonian Sleeper we are very excited for the future of the business."
