Charity Clarity Walk has achieved an incredible feat.
Not only did a group of around 20 people, some who had never walked a mountain before, managed to set out to climb Ben Nevis, they raised enough to pay for a minibus.
The charity, which focuses on the well-being of its members by offering community walks, volunteering and a friendly open place to spend time with other adults, and children, was founded by Matt Wallace.
Mr Wallace (30) said: "Clarity Walkers braved Ben Nevis and raised more than £4000 which has helped us to purchase our first Clarity Walk minivan.
"This will help us to support more schools, help those that don't drive and take Clarity Walk to the next level. Thank you so much everyone."
Mr Wallace set up the charity after seeing a need for people to break free from mobile phone use, but during the pandemic it has become a referral organisation that offers "phone-free" walks.
