Motorist fails to stop following Inverness collision

POLICE have appealed for witnesses after a motorist failed to stop following a crash between two cars in Inverness.

The incident happened at the junction of Culcabock Road and Wimberley Way at around 5.15pm on Friday.

The collision involved two cars - a Citroen and a dark coloured Ford Mondeo, which failed to stop at the scene.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone aware of this vehicle, which may have recent damage.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident NN940/19, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
