Andrew Kieltyka, of Lochalsh Court, Inverness was stopped by police after speeding along at 94mph on dual carriageway at Arpafeelie last night.
Fiscal depute Martina Eastwood told Inverness Sheriff Court that a breath test was carried out and Kieltyka was more than twice the legal limit, with a reading of 52mcgs of alcohol when the permitted amount is 22mcgs.
