Police Scotland launch missing person appeal after Jessika Magier disappears from Fort William area of Lochaber; officers in the Highlands believe she boarded a bus to Inverness

POLICE tracing a missing person who disappeared yesterday (Friday) believe she may have been headed for Inverness.

Officers in Lochaber are appealing for information after Jessika Magier disappeared from Fort William on Friday afternoon. She was last seen in the An Aird area of the town at 1.30pm, where it is believed she may have boarded a bus to Inverness.

"Jessika is 5ft 3in, white Polish, of slim build, with black bobbed hair," said a police spokesman. "She was last seen wearing a mid-length black winter jacket, blue denim ripped skinny jeans and black Vans [shoes]."

Anyone with any information should call 101, quoting "Incident PS-20201204-4141 of December 4".
