A man reported missing from Caithness earlier this week has been found safe and well.

James “Jimmy” Hunnisett (57) had travelled to Inverness on Sunday and police wanted to hear about his movements after that.

Police Scotland confirmed on Wednesday that Jimmy had been traced safe and well.

Officers want to thank everyone who helped with their previous appeal for information.
