Police are looking for help in finding a man missing from Caithness who was reported missing yesterday (Monday, Nov 21).

Leslie Robertson left the Barrock area on Sunday, November 13 to travel to Inverness.

He stayed at the Palace Hotel in Inverness and checked out on November 16.

He did not return home and has not been in touch with his family or friends which is uncharacteristic.

Police say he may still be in the Inverness area and enquiries are ongoing.

Leslie is white, around 5ft 11 inches in height, with short grey hair. He usually wears a hooded top and leather jacket.

Officers continue to speak to family and friends to find out where he may have gone.

They are also checking relevant CCTV footage for any additional information.

Sergeant Andy McKay said: “Leslie’s family is upset and worried. They just want to know he is safe and well. If anyone has seen Leslie or has any information as to his whereabouts, please contact us.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 0611 of November 21.
