Police confirm that a missing parson has been found.

Police searching for a missing Inverness man have confirmed that he has been found safe and well.

In a statement a Police Scotland spokesman said: "We are pleased to report that Ashley Hughes, missing from Inverness, since November 30, 2021, has been traced safe and well. Thank you to everyone who shared our post."

Mr Hughes was last seen in the city centre.
