A police raid found more £1400 worth of cocaine in Inverness, a court has heard.

The illegal stash was found in the possession of Jules Allan (22) after a search warrant was carried out at his home in Tower Brae North on September 11, 2020.

He also admitted charges relating to various driving offences while under the influence of cannabis and possession of the class B drug.

Sheriff Eilidh MacDonald imposed a community payback order.

It requires him to be under one year of supervision of social workers, 100 hours unpaid work.

The sheriff also banned Allan from driving for three years.

He was also fined £400 with a victim surcharge of £20.
