Nairn man and boy charged with assault

A 16 year old boy and a 32 year old man have appeared in court charged over an assault to severe injury.
The pair appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court charged with an assault to severe injury, permanent disfigurement and danger of life in Nairn.
Lewis Forbes and the teenager, both from Nairn, also faced an accusation of threatening behaviour.
They made no plea and were committed for further examination before being released on bail.
