Drumnadrochit schools closed and Fort Augustus late opening as with Loch Ness-side roads closed by flooding and debris

Two Loch Ness-side schools and a nursery are again closed today after flooding hit the area.

With the A82 closed north and south of Drumnadrochit, Glen Urquhart High School, Glen Urquhart Primary and the local nursery will not re-open.

In Fort Augustus, Kilchuimen Academy, Primary and Nursery are all opening two hours later than usual.

456 pupils and pre-school children are affected by the closures in Drumnadrochit.
