Inverness estate agency wins top awards

An Inverness-based estate agent is celebrating after picking up two accolades at an awards ceremony last month.

Home Sweet Home Estate Agency, on Bank Street won best in county and bronze in Scotland, at the ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2022.

Described as the biggest awards in the UK for property professionals, the winners are chosen through customer reviews received.

Director, Alexandra Mackenzie said: “We are delighted as the awards are based on customer reviews it means that we are doing a good job.

“It gives us a boost knowing that we are serving our customers well, and it is great to be recognised for it.

“We always take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice.
