COMING SOON: New health and fitness podcast from Highland News and Media

Keep your eyes and ears open as Highland News and Media launches its latest podcast.

In addition to our sports podcast (Balls and Whistles) and our Active Outdoors podcast, we're adding a new podcast focusing on health and fitness.

It includes expert panelists powerlifter Steve Walsh (chief executive of High Life Highland) and award-winning bodybuilder Jack Gunn (co-owner of the Forge Gym in Inverness).
